Here contained within these little digital files are a collection of songs recorded by John over the last 12 months under the stairs at his old cottage in Axbridge, Somerset, 12 in all. The built in condenser microphones on the 8 track picked up everything, listen carefully & you can hear the boiler kicking in, the cat flap opening & some unexplained laughter on "believe". Oh yea, there's also the songs, a lo tech rootsy offering of spanish guitars & borrowed childrens toys. No drums, only a toy box shaker.
